Okay. I don't know where you guys have learned your tactics, but it certainly is not what is taught by the U.S. Army to line infantrymen such as in the 2nd ID. I realize it is airsoft but if you want to be accurate, which your kit is somewhat, the battle drill regarding react to contact DOES NOT teach you to turn around and run away when enemy contact is initiated, even to reach the limited concealment that you did. Just my two cents.

hahahaha you're right sir. Stupid ain't it? We tried so hard...did some training and all that.. but as you can see...civilians are still civilians right? You train 1 time in 2 months (it's not really a training, it's a photo session) and think that you're ready. When you're in the field, it's something else. You simply run & hide then hopelessly fire back. It's a reflex. Thanks so much for your inputs sir. We promise that we're not only good in wearing the gears but also react as accurate as possible.

In this case i would immediately go on the ground and try to shoot back and not like u guys did and risk a bullet in the ass ^^
A better tactic is not to go on a open field. Go by the bushes and trees. They will provide enough cover in such an ambush. And it also allows u to get more stealth and not fall in the arms of the enemies.
